Dell webcam software for Windows 7 64bit not working with Skype.

I have Dell webcam software for windows 7 64 bit. I also have dell fast access enabled. Now when I login with face recognition the Skype video chat malfunctions and gives me a web cam busy  with other services error. I called Dell helpline but they were of no help. Can anybody help me with this problem?

The problem could possibly be with your device drivers for the webcam. Please try testing you device with another application(different from Skype). If the device does not work, then you have obtain the latest drivers for your device from the Toshiba website. Last I checked, the downloads were free. If the device works well with other applications, then the problem could be the Skype application. You can try installing another copy to see if it will work.
