I purchased Dell inspiron last month and today I had to reinstall windows 7 64 bit due to some reason, but now I can’t find webcam software for windows 7 64bit anywhere on internet. Does anybody know where can I find software for my inspiron integrated webcam? Any kind of help would be appreciated.
Dell has provided an online driver download facility where you can actually download the driver online.
The link below will help you out in getting the drivers for your dell inspiron. If you given the model number of your laptop then it would have been in a better way for you to get the driver as easy as possible,

This is the link which will allow you to select the model of your computer and redirects to a location where you can actually find the required drivers in that location.
Please make sure you provide the model number from next time so that will be easy to us to provide the required thing.

If you bought a Dell Inspirion then you only need the product's Service Code.
Look on the under side of your laptop for a thin white strip with a barcode and a 5-digit or 7-digit alphanumeric (alphabets and numbers both) code. That is your laptop's very own service code.
Click on the following link:
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/products/?app=drivers
and type in your express service code.
This will filter out a list of ALL drivers that were made for your laptop. Just pick the webcam Driver and download it.
It will fix the issue you seem to be having.
