If your operating system lacks the required Service Pack update, download the required Service Pack update from the following:

• Windows XP Service Pack 3 – this is the latest and last Service Pack update for Microsoft Windows XP.
• Windows Vista Service Pack 2 – this is the latest and last Service Pack update for Microsoft Windows Vista.
• Windows 7 Service Pack 1 – this is the latest and only Service Pack update for Microsoft Windows 7. Once this update is installed, download Platform Update for Windows 7 and install.
