CRC Error on installing Corel Paint Shop Pro X

I installed Corel Paint Shop Pro X on my Windows Vista computer but there is an error appearing in my screen so  I uninstall it and re-installed again. But the same error occurred in the screen stating: CRC error:  the file C:Program FilescorelCorel Paint Shop Pro X-Installation FilesContent~1.cab doesn't match the file in the setup.  I don't know what to do. The software is very important to me, please help me resolve this problem. Thank you.

CRC Error on installing Corel Paint Shop Pro X

This problem occurs when you acquired a pirated copy of any applications installation disk. Since most of this are manipulated, and modified software are just compiled by the one who makes the software, sometimes some important files does not included on their compilation that is why error occurs like what you have encountered.

If you purchase an original copy of installation disk for this application I am sure you will never encounter this problem. So the first solution here is to purchase a new genuine installation disk (only if pirated).

Since you are installing in Vista where its security was too strict, you may run the set-up or the installation software as administrator. To do this, right click on the installation file the select Run as Administrator in the menu.

CRC Error on installing Corel Paint Shop Pro X

Hello!

The first and most easy thing to do in your situation is to simply read carefully all specifications when installing the Setup and be sure the file source is the same in both places. To do this, just copy paste the path in your installation Setup and move the source file in the mentioned place.
