I have read your question and I understand that you need to make a welcoming page on Facebook with some unique background and that you can invite all your friends too.

To make a page on Facebook:

1-     Go to https://www.facebook.com/welcometab

It is a Facebook application that allows you to customize your profile with your documents & your pictures

Once you are on this page click go to app on the right and you can start your welcoming page design.

2-     Go to www.facebook.com

Under sign up on the left side of the page click on create a page

Click the reason of creating this page, write your name and click on get started.

To invite your friends to your page: 

1 –     Your friends should like your Facebook page

2 –     On the left corner of your Facebook page click on suggest this page to friends

3 –     On the left corner of your Facebook page click on share, a pop window will appear and will let you choose whom you want to share your page with

4 –     Copy the link of your page and let your friends visit the link and like the page

To add some unique backgrounds go Facebook:

You can be able to put a background in your Facebook. However, only you can be able to view the background. And it will only work if you are running Firefox. Just download and install this add-on:
