I will show you two ways of doing this:
First way:
Open OpenOffice Impress
Go to File > Open and open your PowerPoint presentation
Go to export
Export it as swf
Second way:
Save your PowerPoint presentation as WMF
Import WMF file into Flash
Export it as swf

Download “Camtasia” to your computer & install it
(you can download this from www.techsmith.com)
1. Save PPT file as PPS file
2. Set Camtasia to record the whole screen
3. Play your Power Point PPS file & press F9 to record the screen
4. Then F10 to finish your screen recording
5. Finally save your screen capture in SWF format
