Converting attachments to PDF files automatically for a particular address

I am a new user of Exchange. For Mailboxes I would like that Receive and Send E-mail messages for a particular E-mail address should be converted to PDF file with possible attachment. (These PDF attachments will be saved in a file system structure such as: in —> mail domain of sender to sender to data to time to mail_obj.pdf out to mail domain of receiver to receiver to data to  time to mail_obj.pdf). Any idea?

Converting attachments to PDF files automatically for a particular address

Hi Naomi,

You can try to use PDF Maker to convert your emails to PDF files. You just need to install the software then you would be able to set the conversion.

Once you have the software installed, you just need to select the email messages you wish to archive. You click on Convert messages on the Acrobat PDF Maker toolbar. You can also click on Adobe PDF > Convert to Adobe PDF > Selected messages to go to the same prompt.

You can then choose where you want to save the item with the name then just click on Save.
