Connect my iPHONE to a desktop to access internet

Hi Folks,

My office blocks me from accessing YouTube and others and none of the proxies work. So i want to disable my Lan and connect my iPHONE 5 with iOS 7.0 to my desktop with a USB wire and share my iPHONE 3G internet with my Desktop.

How can i do this. Can anyone give me all steps please.

I have a Windows 7 OS desktop

Connect my iPHONE to a desktop to access internet

 The first step is to turn tethering on. On the iPhone, go to Settings, select General and than Network. At the bottom, you will see a button called Internet Tethering / Personal Hotspot. Turn it on. Select the connection option – WiFi, USB or Bluetooth. Tab “USB only”.  Plug in the USB cable first to the iPhone.  Then connect the USB to the computer. Wait for sync to finish. You can disable sync if you want to. Now the two devices are paired.
