Hey! I have checked my service provider for my device’s status but it shows the server’s not connected. How can I fix it? I have taken out and reinstalled the battery many times and all in vain. Let me know, how to connect to BlackBerry Enterprise Server?

Connect BlackBerry Enterprise Server For Email Hosted On Exchange

For BES activation, you must purchase a data plan and add it to your account. Your administrator will then provide you with an activation pin. After that, follow the steps below:

1. For BlackBerry OS5:

 From the home screen, select Messaging, and then choose Options.

 

 Go to Advanced Options and tap on Enterprise Activation. 

 Enter your Email Address and the Activation password, and then press the Menu button, and select Activate.

 A bar stating ‘Acquiring Service Activation’ will display. The process may take 2-3 minutes to complete.

2. For BlackBerry OS6:

 Go to the Home screen, and then select Setup > Email Accounts icon.

 Choose Enterprise Activation, and then fill the details, Press Activate.

 An ‘Acquiring Service Connection’ status bar will show up on whose completion the process will finish.
