I need some instruction on how to set the pop up windows options active. I use Mozilla Firefox and my pop up windows system is most likely blocked. I need to make it enable and I do not know the process. Kindly someone help me with the process so that I can turn on pop up windows option.

It seems like your pop up blocker is not enabled, you need to go to the browser tool bar and open your popup blocker. Follow the link https://hotcomm.com/faq/faq_popups.asp and you will be able to enable it.
This link contain images that will guide you in correct way, by default these pop blockers are not enabled in most of the browser, but you can enabled them and even can disabled whenever you want. In other browser the pop up is open that why it is running. Try the link and hope your problem will be resolve.
