Configuration on Nokia Ovi Suite into my Nokia C7

Hey,

I have been trying to configure Nokia Ovi Suite into my Nokia C7 but it keeps executing an error message of this sort

Error code: 12017.

What could be the problem with my phone?

Can anyone help me in this?

Configuration on Nokia Ovi Suite into my Nokia C7

Yap, Common and famous problem of PC suite of Nokia, You are using C7 which has a new PC suite on Nokia support center. At first you need to go to Nokia support center online there is available proper pc suite. Select your model, language, and some common issue.

Then download PC suite. After downloading Install PC suite and run the program. Then connect your phone with PC when instructed. You need to upgrade the feature so, then click on the update phone software icon, Circled in red below. Be careful on installing.

Configuration on Nokia Ovi Suite into my Nokia C7

If you keep receiving an error when using your Nokia Ovi software, try to uninstall and reinstall. It can be a problem with a corrupted file or bad installation. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install. Once installed, start Revo then select your Nokia Ovi among the applications and click “Uninstall.” Follow the normal uninstall process.

When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and click to delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, exit Revo then install Nokia Ovi back. If this doesn’t help, install a much newer version. Download Nokia Suite.

It supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10 including Windows Server 2003.
