Redmine project management or simply Redmine, is a free and open source web-based issue tracking and project management tool. It manages numerous projects and sub-projects. It is cross-platform and cross-database and was written using Ruby on Rails framework. Redmine project management supports 34 languages. If you want to try it on your computer, you may visit Red Download Stable Releases.

Redmine supports Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, UNIX, and Mac Server. But for Redmine to work, you should have Ruby installed on your computer. If you don’t have it, you need to install Ruby first before installing Redmine. There are 3 stable versions released on October 21, 2014, versions 2.4.7, 2.5.3, and 2.6.0.

Just select one from any of the versions and try it on your computer.
