Commercial availability of a Skype programmable answering software

I would like to program my Skype to answer automatically especially through sms is it possible to get a commercial end of such a software because I’m not a programmer and if so how much can it cost if I were to ask a programmer to build me one? What is the maximum video calls that Skype can make at a given time?

Commercial availability of a Skype programmable answering software

In Skype, you can send and receive SMS. To do this, first of you have to verify your mobile number. All the SMS  sent will be display your name. The receiver who receives that SMS cannot give reply directly in Skype. This feature is not made available in Skype. Also, you cannot do any type of modifications by programming because it is completely owned by Microsoft. You can do group video calling between 3 to 10 people. This feature solely depends upon your device quality.
