Color bar is showing alright but cannot print

Hello,

I have a printer and there has been a problem with printing. The color bars are showing alright but it is not printing. I have tried restarting the printer returning the cartridges but it is no use. Kindly someone knowledgeable of this issue give me suggestions on what to do.

Color bar is showing alright but cannot print

Hi,

Double check your printer cable connected to the pc. You can also remove dust from any possible sources of the cable and from the printer or the pc. Make sure that the cable is serviceable. If it is not serviceable change it with a good one. I hope it will be alright. If it is not so, check your printing software. You can also remove your running software and install it again. You can choice different types of installation. Choose the one and install it carefuly. Now restart your computer and try to get a print. If the condition remains unchanged contact a good technician or the customer care of the respective printer.
