Citrix receiver for Mac USB device

Hello Guys,

My Citrix receiver for Mac USB device is appearing as an A: drive, is that the same for all ? What should I do to enable the access of floppy drive ? Please guide me, as I am not facing a similar problem with Windows. Please help me, If that is an issue, please let me know to overcome the issue.

Citrix receiver for Mac USB device

First of all, check that the settings are saved as shown in the following figure.

There are two ways of drive mapping: Static Client Drive mapping and Dynamic Client Drive mapping. Dynamic Client drive mapping will allocate the new device to the available drive. In order to set settings for dynamic client drive mapping, follow the following steps:

1. Navigate to Tools menu and then Settings.

2. Select Drive Mapping from the drop down menu.

3. Check on Enable Dynamic Drive Mapping.

4. Click OK.
