I need a PHP source mini site for my upcoming concert, i have a narrow budget but would wish to have well designed pages, unfortunately this is my first time to do this.

So i hope someone out there can help.

There are many designers that are willing to do such kind of work for you at a lower cost and you can get them online.

You will need to check this online hiring freelance sites for instance oDesk and Elance and I am pretty sure that you will get your work well done at a lower cost.

If you want to develop a mini-website using PHP and doesn’t have enough budget, the good news is that there are few web design tools available for free on the internet.  But of course you need to learn how to program in PHP first to understand how these tools work.
