Changing my MAC address in a networking environment

I wanted to know how I can change my mac address for my desktop computer. I wanted to list them in my router and give me easy time remembering them with the others. How can this be done? How many times can I change it? Can I change back to the original address in future?

Hello Vhilary,

Unfortunately, there is no way for you to change your MAC Address. MAC Addresses comes with you network interface card by default. I'm not sure how do you want to use this but if your goal is to define this address in your router, then you only need to remember it once. Once it's there, you router will no longer ask you re-input the information again.
