Hello,

I used to use CCleaner for about a year. But I haven’t met such an error. Yesterday after cleaning the registry values of my PC, I simply attempted to restart it and on log on period I got the following error message

"There was a problem starting msiroo32.dll the specified module could not be found.”

Do you know why this happens? Any idea about solving it?

Please help me.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Gregory,
I am not sure whether you spelt the "msiroo32.dll" correctly but there is a general way that you can fix these .dll errors using the CMD prompt. This method will scan your computer for the missing .dll files and replace them.

here is how; go to start menu right click CMD and select Run And Admin, type sfc / scannow, press Enter and allow it to run. Restart your machine after the CMD has finished running.

Hope this will help.
