CAR installation fails, I got the error message

Installing CDR Analysis and Reporting (CAR) software on my computer fails and I got an error message, please tell me how to fix this?

Setup was not able to create CAR database. Cannot continue installation. Please see the CAR install log file.

CAR installation fails, I got the error message

 

Hello,

Creating CAR database requires a 3rd party tool named “Prognosis” to run and execute. In order to continue the installation, stop the setup and close it.

Now open the directory or setup directory of CAR and search for “prognosis tool”, stop its execution or attempt to install, when its installation is set to prohibited, try to reinstall CAR, it will install this time. Before installation of CAR if it prompts to “Recommended” or “Custom” installation, choose “Custom” and uncheck “Prognosis” tool. It will also help you installing easily.
