Cannot open the Yahoo Messenger

Hi experts,

I have used Yahoo Messenger before but I cannot open it now. An error message shows: “You need new software”, which software I need?I’ve tried to connect a link to the web, but finddeveloper's page.

I just want to use the Yahoo messenger again. Thanks.

Cannot open the Yahoo Messenger

 

you need to check your internet. Move your pointer to the computer shown down in your taskbar and check the notification. Network internet is accessing or not? Also try to troubleshooting. May be it works?

If your internet is accessing perfectly fine then there may be a case that your messenger is corrupted. Go to start- control panel- all programs – uninstall programs. Uninstall yahoo messenger from there. Delete files and folders placed in another drives related to yahoo messenger. 

 

 

Download a fresh messenger directly from internet. Run the software and install it in your system by following the steps properly. After installation, open messenger and enter correct username and password. and login peacefully.
