When I attempted to download already purchased-epub-books from the WH smith inside UK to reader-library, I am getting this error message code (-1104). The epub file is not downloading. had someone else experienced like this and escaped to solve it out and download their books. I Have been downloading books from the similar site before and had no errors.

Hello Catlin,
You may have downloaded Adobe DRM epub file from the site you are downloading from and it show up in the Adobe Digital Editions software. In that case, you will need to try plugging your eReader and thereafter you will start the Adobe Digital Editions, and then do the following:

Go to bookshelves on the left side of the window.

You should see the Sony eReader.

After that you will need to drag the book that you want onto the bookshelf icon.
It could be possible for you to also associate Adobe to the Reader software and then use it to manage all your content.
