Cannot connect my pc to my TV

I recently tried to connect my computer to my TV using the S-video plug. A few years ago I was still able to connect it to my TV. But now when I tried again my computer can’t detect the TV anymore. I’m using the same TV and computer which I got connect before. How can I connect my TV and computer again?

Cannot connect my pc to my TV

Hi there Jamie, If your computer system is running on windows, try opening your Display properties window. You can do this by doing right-click on your desktop screen and selecting properties. When the display properties window is open, you will see multiple tabs, click on the last one that says Settings. Under the Settings tab, you will see an advanced button at the bottom, click on it and then your graphics properties window will come up. Again, it will provide you multiple tabs, click the one that would match your video card and from there you will be able to configure your display general settings to do a multiple display either cloned or extended.

Hi,

1. you 1st have to check your hardware, specially your video and VGA card. or there might be a problem with wire connectivity.
2. otherwise first you check your the settings of your TV and then check the display settings of your PC. there must be a some driver which is required to be installed to run all these setups.
3. the other major problem is that your driver need get updated. try to download its latest version or update the previous one and also check all the hardware and other requirements to do this. then connect it again.
