I have an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. My connection was just fine and could run Netflix great. But it can't play video on HBO Go, all I've seen was a circle spinning around indicates that it was buffering but nothings happen. I'd wish somebody give me an idea on this problem since HBO have no troubleshooting info.

You internet connection speed is slow, and you are trying to play videos on the internet which requires a high speed internet. That is you a spinning circle that indicates that the video is buffering. You will therefore need to restart the phone and see if that will improve the internet connection speed. If you are using wireless connection to access the internet you can try changing the spot that you are in right and look for a spot where the signal is a bit stronger.

You might also try using an alternative browser to play the videos on HBO. The browser you are using right now may be extremely slow and therefore resulting into the error that you are getting.
