Can not watch youtube video

I am use Mozilla but i cannot watch video on YouTube since a few days because there is no play option as like the picture below. Please any expert tell me how i will watch video in YouTube by Mozilla?

Hi Gary,

Probably what is causing your problem is that you don't have Adobe Flash Player installed on your system or the version installed needs to be updated so that what you need to get:

1. Go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ in your Firefox browser and Click Download Now.

2. You will be asked to download the adobe flash player binary.

3. Download and install it. then restart your Firefox browser.

4. Now go to YouTube again and your videos should be working normally.

Can not watch youtube video

Hi,

The problem maybe comes from different ways. It could the software (Mozilla),or by the adobe flash player or your internet provider

If software:

If you failed to watch movies on YouTube. Try to reinstall your internet browser (Mozilla)

• Go-to Control Panel
• Click the Add/Remove Programs
• Uninstall Mozilla together its add-ons
• Reinstall Mozilla
• Install your trusted add-ons
• Now Open YouTube.
• If still failed to watch videos on YouTube even you have a fresh installed browser. Try this:
• Go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ in your Firefox browser and Click Download Now.
• You will be asked to download the adobe flash player binary.
• Download and install it. then restart your Firefox browser.
• Now go to YouTube again and your videos it should be working.

If still fails Try to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and let them know your concern about your speed. There is a tendency that the ISP ( time to time they lowered the speed of some subscriber to budget a bandwidth). Let them check your Modem if this causing you the problem and also you internet speed subscription.
