I have been using Mozilla for awhile now and never had a problem before. Now I can not go to Youtube or Imgur at all. I have ran cleaners and Nortons. Nothing seems to be clearing this up. Has anyone else ever heard of this or any suggestions to fix it?
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the adobe flash player plugin as well as the updated version of Mozila Firefox. If it doesn't work you can try the safe mode. The process of using safe mode is: Start -> Programs -> Mozilla Firefox -> Firefox (safe mode) If not, better create a new profile: Start -> Run -> type "Firefox -P". Follow instructions, do not select a folder, accept the default.
1. left clickon the name of the uploader ( ID UPLOADFED) (if …setting button is dim on right clicking on standard video)
2.right click in the uploader window streaming video
3.choose "settings"… from the Flash Player's pop-up menu
4. Uncheck the "Enable Hardware Accelaration"
5. Click close
6.Go back to previous window( your you tube) by clicking back button at standard tool bar,
you will see working now
The first thing to do when your web browser is acting strange and it no longer works properly is to update it to the latest version. Go to Download Firefox to get the latest. Once downloaded, just try running the installer to upgrade your existing version. Once Firefox is upgraded, try visiting the websites that you cannot access before and see if it works.
If it doesn’t work, try to uninstall and reinstall. First, go to Download Revo Uninstaller then download and install the free version. Once installed, run Revo then select Mozilla Firefox among the applications. After this, click “Uninstall” then follow the instructions to completely remove everything the program created on your computer. Next, restart your computer and install the latest Mozilla Firefox.
See if this works. If the problem continues, just try using a different web browser like Google Chrome or the Opera browser. You can also use the Apple Safari web browser for Microsoft Windows.
