Can I know the number of those who confirmed appointment invitation?

Is it possible to get a count of those who were accepted and those who were declined an appointment invitation? I am inviting a lot of people to my event and I want to know how many people will attend even if I am not able to sort the types of response in the ‘Tracking’. Thanks in advance.

Can I know the number of those who confirmed appointment invitation?

I am not quite sure as to what how you are trying to send the invites. If you will be using Microsoft Outlook to organize appointments, you can track down responses by doing these simple steps:

1. Click on the "Infobar" found on the "Appointment" tab.
2. View in the "Response" column on the "Tracking" tab. Commands in the "Actions" menu can be used to control responses.

Alternately, you may also try to use free online appoinment settings. You may try FaceBook's events or the easy to use https://www.genbook.com/. These would be a great help in monitoring responses to your invites/appointments.
