You can try to fix the 80090030 error manually. If the error persists, you need to contact a specialist.

Method 1

a. Open Windows Defender (Search in the Windows start box).
b. Go to the Windows Defender Security Center.
c. Go to Device security.
d. Open Security processor details.

e. Click on Security processor troubleshooting.
f. Clear TPM.
g. Restart your device.
h. The error should be gone.

a. Press Windows + R on your keyboard.
b. Type tpm.msc and press enter.

c. Click on Action.
