Can I edit text calendar template notepad?

Hi fellow Techyv members.  I have inserted a calendar template with text notes capability on my website.  Is it possible to edit text calendar template notepad?  I'm on a Windows 8 OS.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance guys.

Can I edit text calendar template notepad?

Hi Effie,

                If you are working on a website based on HTML you can try this step; however this step can be used when editing information on your calendar through Rich text format. Go to Site actions > Site Settings > Site Columns > Create new site column look for Event Description and then on your Calendar navigate to the list settings. And then try to make the necessary changes on your calendar entries.
