I have an HP printer connected to a Windows 10 PC. I cannot print using it as I am experiencing an 82.0180 EIO 2 error. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Can Anyone Help Me To Fix The 82.0180 EIO 2 Error In The HP Printer.

Method 1

a. Take out your network card/ JetDirect card.
b. Wipe it.
c. Place it again.
d. If the error persists, place the card in the secondary bay.
e. Try to print.

Method 2

a. Switch off your printer.
b. Remove your network card.
c. Disconnect the power cable from the printer and wall outlet.
d. Plugin your power cable back in the printer after a minute.
e. Make sure your power supply is stable.
f. The device should automatically start.
g. If it does not, then switch it on manually.
h. If you do not get the error, your EIO slot or the card is corrupted.
i. Insert your network card back.

Method 3

You need to replace your network card with the latest one that is supported by your printer. The JetDirect 620N seems to work for fixing the 82.0180 EIO 2 error.
