Cam studio recorder 2.0 failed to record sound

Hi experts,

I was just trying to record the sound coming from the speakers using the cam studio recorder 2.0 but I got this annoying error message saying “WaveoutGateSelectControl () failed”.

What could be the cause of this error?

Can I get the resolution to fix this problem. I would be grateful to you.

Cam studio recorder 2.0 failed to record sound

Cam studio recorder is a software that is specifically used to record. Cam studio 2.0 is good but it is the old version. The errors experienced are common as the developers were still putting everything at its right place. The newer version is cam studio recorder 2.7. You should download it and try it pout. It has better features and it barely has errors. You can download the new version here or ask for more assistance here.
