My web content filter has blocked a tonnes of pages that I actually needed. The means to unblock is not accessible. How do I break through that?

The best to my knowledge to bypass any proxy server or web filter blocking is Opera with Tor. It allows you to anonymously and safely surf the pages you had been previously blocked to use, as it runs on the Opera (Internet Suite), so it is way fast and better than incognito. Also, it can run on any disk.
Plus it is user friendly 🙂
