www.freecsstemplates.org is a wonderful site which has hundreds of free CSS templates. You can download them and do a few tweaks and use it for your business. Though you mentioned you are not an expert in the field of web, I would highly recommend you to use wordpress or google sites to make your website. This needs little or no skills to make the websites.
