BMC Remedy client iPhone login error

I just installed BMC Remedy client iPhone Version 4.7 but I'm having "login info is incorrect" error on the server.  The program also crashes.  I have the 32 GB Retina Display iPhone 4 that has the Apple A4 chipset, 1 GHz Cortex-A8 CPU and iOS 6.1.  Can someone help?

BMC Remedy client iPhone login error

Hi Dorothy C Hoskin,

Your system specifications are quite ok and up to date. They should enable you to fully utilize the features of the BMC Remedy app. The login error may be due to invalid Apple ID.

Kindly confirm on your Apple account whether it is coincides with the ID stored on the server. Also ensure that you have an authentic version of BMC Remedy app. If the problem still persists inform the app developers Aeroprise.

Their support team will come in handy.
