Where can I get the latest version of Bluetooth Soleil? Does anybody know how to activate bluetooth soleil for free? Also are there any other similar softwares which I can install and activate in my PC for bluetooth connectivity for free?

You can go directly to BlueSoleil website and download the latest driver version for your Bluetooth device. However, this is not a free software so you need to purchase it to be able to use the whole features. The latest version is BlueSoleil 10.0.457.0 which is compatible with Windows 8 and supports Bluetooth 4.0.
BlueSoleil by IVT Corporation is not a Freeware. Its latest version is BlueSoleil 8.0.395.0. This latest version provides higher speed than the older version and contact, SMS management is provided in it. To download the software do the following methods:
1. You can download it from their website BlueSoleil.com. It cost around 28 $.
2. You can download the trial versions of the software from other sites like cnet.com, brothersoft.com, softonic.com or any other sites.
3. Another way is if you buy a Bluetooth dongle there will be CD of the software BlueSolei.
Alternative software are:
1. BluetoothView which is free.
2. TOSHIBA Bluetooth Stack applicable to TOSHIBA Bluetooth adapters only.
