Blu-Ray Player Needs an Update

I am having trouble with my Blu-ray player since the other day. It was having memory problem and it needs to restart. Some other error problems that were shown on the TV screen were telling me about software update. It says that the “Orb BR software requires update. Orb BR will update and restart in 5 seconds, please wait.” but it did not update anything in it. Besides I have the latest version of the software installed. So why do it prompts me to update? I’m confused about this. Can anyone tell me whether there is already a new version of software launched? Do I need to install it if there is any?

Hi,I have a solution for your Blu-ray player.I notice you that,Some day before It was happen with me too.But now it’s fully working.So you can try this way,and i think you will be able to fix it.Mainly,your Blu-ray player is cropped.Or some how it’s lost data.In that case,when you go to play songs or videos,it’s internal program can’t process.And it’s show you for update.Don’t worry!
Please uninstall your current software and remove it.then download the latest version of it.Set up your file back up and reinstall it.
Then see.I think you will be able to solve your issue in this way.

Hello Diego

Seems as if your Blu-ray players drivers have been corrupted.They might be new or up to date but if they get corrupted you have to reinstall the drivers again.So,just download the latest drivers and uninstall the previous drivers completely and then try to install the new drivers again.This would solve your problem.Another way is just uninstall the current drivers and then install the drivers which were provided with the Blu-ray player.This would surely solve the problem but if it does not then you can very well contact the dealer or vendor from where you bought it from.Hope this would help you.
