Bitdefender 2011 has encountered a problem and needs to close

Hi! Techyv people,

I have an issue here regarding the BitDefender 2011.

Every time I use my computer on any application or open some files, an error message generated by BitDefender 2011 appeared, "it encountered a problem and needs to close", I got the screen shot, I pasted below, please see it.

to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

 

If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on 

might be lost.

I always encounter this error message every time I use my computer, at any given time, what I did is to remove BitDefender 2011 and install it again, but the error still persists, it so annoying message while in the middle of work.

Please share your thoughts on my issue,

Bitdefender 2011 has encountered a problem and needs to close

Bit Defender 2011 is one of the highly rated Antivirus programs in the market and it’s very annoying to hear a failure in BD.

My first solution is to run a repair of Bit Defender to secure the software in to default factory settings and restore it original version.

Navigate to Start > All Programs > Bit Defender 2011-> Repair or Remove.

Follow the instructions carefully to do the repair. After that reboot the computer and run the update by right clicking on the Bit Defender Icon on the System tray. You will be asked to reboot the PC for several times in order to get to the current build version. This matter will be a result of an action of registry Cleaner software that has deleted the registry entries of BD.

So be careful when using registry cleaners.

• Bit Defender is one of the highly trusted Antivirus software. So don't worry at all if you are facing these problems. Bit Difender-2011 comes off with an unique Repair / Remove option. To go to this option follow this steps:
• Start > All programs > Bit Defender 2011 > Repair / Remove > Repair.
• After running this option reboot your computer. Then open your internet connection to update your antivirus. Your problems are hopefully over.
