I am trying to create a digital video album. For this I want to create digital video frame templates. Which software would be perfect for creating video frame templates? Suggestions please.
For video presentation I actually use Adobe Premier. I don’t know if that is the one you are looking for but it is very useful and powerful for creating video presentation so maybe good also for video template that you are talking about. It is Adobe product and have license. It is frame by frame also and you can edit the video amazingly. You can edit the video just the way what you want. If you want to put some edited picture there you can edit some pictures using adobe photoshop and if finished then just import it to adobe premier.
