Best software for converting rmvb to mkv in linux OS

I think you should use the RM converter software to convert the RMVB to other formats. I prefer this software because it can convert RMVB to any format like MP3, AAC, WMV and much more. You can download the software from the below link for free.

Hi,

There are many software which can convert RMVB (RealMedia Varaible Bitrate) for windows system but for the linux only few ones and MKV converter and RMVB to MKV converter seems to be the best software.

For MKV converter, you have to follow this instruction :

1) First download the software from the link provided presviously and then install it. Once done, you will not need any other plugin or add-on.

2) Click on browse to choose the video that you want to convert. You can work with many video at the same time.

3) Now, You have to choose the output format which is MKV and the folder where you want to find the converted video (also the name of the file)

You can also customize the quality of the output file by choosing a standard profile and edit it if needed.

4) Finally, click on the button convert to complete the work. Once done, You will find the converted file in the output folder.
