Best program for hard resetting Smartphone device

Hello techyv,

What program resets smartphones? Or I mean what is the best program that can allow the user to reformat smartphones. I got my smartphone for almost five months ago, now the software seems having a problem. It will automatically turn off the device, then keeps on restarting all the time. I decided to turn it off for several days and as I check it now, still the same problem occurs. What will I do?

Hi,

It completely depends on the smart phone you are using. Every smart phone has its own way of resetting. Generally there is an option is settings of each phone known as 'Factory Data Reset' or 'Restore Factory Settings'. This option will bring your phone at the stage of newly opened from box. Make sure you take the data backup of your phone. Factory data reset erases all data on you smart phone. 

There is a software for android phones known as 'Download MyBackUp Pro' . It will help you to keep an installable copy of your phone's data in SD Card or Online.
