Hello, experts! I am a photo editor as well as video maker. I want to get a software which can capture images from video. Basically, I want to do PSD to HTML files. Can you help me to choose the best image capture from video tool download link? I need it urgently!

Hi Dear John G Abbott,

Dear there are many software to capture images from video. 

I have two options for you.

1. You should use VLC Media player. Download the VLC Media player and install it in your computer.

Play the Video file in it and press C on the screen which you want to capture.

Download the VLC player.

2. You can also use Cyberlink Power DvD.

It is also a best tool to capture images from the running video.

You can use these images as PSD and HTML as you want.
