I use windows 7 operating system and I need to back up my computer. I have heard that this process is a feature of windows 7 but do not how to use it. I want someone suggest me on this issue. Please, someone help me out of it.

Yes,you can backup your drive or folders using windows 7 and thats quite simple too .Just follow the below process
At first open up your my computer in windows 7 and right click on your local hard drive then to properties then tools and then back up button.Here , you have to click on the link to provide the backup.Now the window will start searching for the drive to backup .Though you can backup it on network too.You can choose what to back up or you can let the window choose what to back up depending upon your choice.Now backup the files and folders you wish to backup.Now the backup is done .Also you can schedule your backup.
To Backup your computer using window 7 you can click on the start button, click control panel, clicking system and maintenance, and the clicking backup and restore. If you've never used window 7 backup before, click setup backup, and then follow the steps in the wizard. If you prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. After you create your first backup, windows backup will add new or changed information to your subsequent backups if saving your backups on a hard drive or network location, windows backup will create a new, full backup for you automatically when needed.
