Avira Server Security 12.0 incompatible software report

Hi guys,

I am receiving a report from my Avira Server Security 12.0 that there is a potentially incompatible software in my computer.

It keeps on showing up and it bothers me a lot. Can you tell me what does this mean and how can I fix it? Thanks!

Avira Server Security 12.0 incompatible software report

Hi Bryan,

This error is due to another antivirus you are running in your computer known as eset security. Uninstall it and am sure the error you are getting from Avira will be gone.

To uninstall eset follow these simple steps if on windows vista

1. Click Start and choose Control Panel,

2. In Control Panel double click "Programs and Features".

3. Here you will find all the programs and items which are installed in Windows Vista.

4. To remove eset antivirus click on it once and then click on Uninstall/Change and follow the prompts.

The other versions of windows should be closely related as all the uninstall options are in the control panel.

Avira Server Security 12.0 incompatible software report

Hy,

That is very common problem. You can resolve it within a minute if your follow my tips. Actually most of the famous antivirus such as like kaspersky, Avira, McAfee, Norton, Avast, AVG etc software can detect your previous antivirus installation report.

And there have a policy that you cannot set up a new antivirus before uninstall or remove your previous antivirus from your computer. You have already installed ESET Smart Security in your computer, so you should delete your previous antivirus form your computer to install new one. Because ESET antivirus create a obstacle to install Avira in your computer.
