I installed this software properly but the error pop up. I have tried to reinstall the software but the same problem exists. What could be the cause? I want assistance. Thanks.

When Installing your Autodesk software you receive an error 1719 stating the following;

Error 1719. The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.

Hi,

This Windows error is caused by either of the ff:

1. Windows files/ Msiexec.exe is corrupt

2. Corrupted registry

3. installer is corrupted/ some components of the installer are missing

Try to tune up your Windows first before installing. You can use the default System File Checker scan, or run Tuneup Utilities or Registry Mechanic to correct system errors with ease.

After scanning, uninstall unfinished AutoCAD setup.

Reboot. Then reinstall AutoCAD.
