Atomsync pro crashes on Windows 8

I recently installed AtomSync Pro on my desktop to synchronize my system time with the atomic reference clock and have a precise time stamp for emails.  The program always crashes when launched.  What could be the problem?  I'm on Windows 8.

Atomsync pro crashes on Windows 8

Dear Christopher,

If you having a major problem with the atomic reference clock or email program and it continues to crash whenever you try to launch it, definitely it has got an installation problem. Try to do the clean reinstall al the program to fix the matter. Remember, don’t change the specific directory and install it on its default folder.

Atomsync pro crashes on Windows 8

Hi there

I read your question and I understood the problem. But I’m afraid that there is no solution for overcome this problem since windows is a touch based OS and AtomSync Pro version is not compatible for windows 8. But you can try the latest version of AtomSync in order to solve this problem.
