Are there any visual build pro alternatives or this is the best one? What do you think about home-grown builds or scripts (for example, like perl). Which advantages and disadvantages they have in comparing with visual build?

Hello Hamilton,

 

There are many alternatives to visual build, one of which is Hyper Build. I personally think that while there maybe some good homebrewed builds they won't be able to update their software as well as the commercial ones. Visual build pro is definitely one of the best automation software today but it all really depends on the people using the software. It all comes down to preference and functionality. Listed below are different kinds of automation software.
