I plan to use Demand Management in Microsoft Project Server 2010 for project proposals and management. Are there any templates demand management with phases and stages in a ppt file format that I could use? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The software you are using is greatly improved and templates are available both on Microsoft and through third parties. I would caution you when using third party templates though. I have attached a text file for a white paper on Microsoft Project Server 2010; it was very useful to me. Â Or you could download it at the Project server site
