I have this error when I want to open 3ds max. I reinstalled the program again because I had to reinstall my Windows XP. My previous Windows were 7 and the program worked just fine, but I don’t like the OS. Can anyone help me to run this program on Windows XP ? Should I install Windows 7 again?

I don’t think that’s a good idea considering that you are previously running Microsoft Windows 7 and you shifted back to Microsoft Windows XP. There is actually no problem even if you shift to a much lower operating system but for the compatibility of the program, this action may prevent you from running the application.
You see if your current version of 3ds Max runs perfectly well on Microsoft Windows 7, it may not support and may not work when installed on Microsoft Windows XP. So you need to check if that version you have also supports Microsoft Windows XP or not because if not, shifting back to Windows XP is only useless. You need to go back to Microsoft Windows 7 to run the application.
There are different versions of 3ds Max and its hard to guess which one is yours. So, it would be best to just check the system requirements of the version you have and verify that Microsoft Windows XP is supported. If not, go back and install Microsoft Windows 7.
