Apache services on console mode recognize shared network files?

We ran Apache services on Windows services panel but the Apache can not recognize shared network files. Will this problem be fixed if we run Apache services on console mode?

The answer is “YES” when you run apache in console mode it will recognize network shared files, to solve that problem run apache service as USER not as SYSTEM which is the default of apache, make sure that the user has to be in the server as well as on the computers where your shared files is coming.
