I am in search for a good software which would be reliable and efficient and suitable for break up large file transfers. I have heard about various splitting methods and splitters available for the same. Please tell me the easiest and quick method  to break up large file transfers by splitting.

Hi,

GSplit is a good software that is free, efficient and reliable and that can break up large file transfers into smaller files called "pieces". You can get this software at the http://www.gdgsoft.com/gsplit/ site, where you can download it for free. You can also use the FFSJ software that splits and joins files back together when you are done. You can get more information and download it at the jaist.ac.jp website.

Hi Garcia Martines,

You can also do a file partition first before uploading the file, with the help of the software that I will be providing, your file will be sliced up into parts making it small and very convenient in uploads or transfers, the program that I am talking about is the WinRAR application, it is a archiving tool that compresses the file and it will let you cut it on several pieces, just go to its file menu and choose slice by parts.
