Anti-virus for TCP region scan

Which anti-virus can I set TCP region only? The IT specialist guy who checked our network said we're experiencing a kind of denial-of-service attack. He also recommended some OS network functions. Any help is welcome.

Anti-virus for TCP region scan

I would recommend you to use bitdefender for this purpose. It thoroughly scans all the areas of your personal computer including your registry, TCP segments, Shared dlls. It also implements firewall security that makes it almost impossible for an external attack from the internet and also blocks attack from internal users on "Local Area Network". Daniel of service is one such attack which can easily be protected with this antivirus.
